Felt truly spoilt, nothing too much trouble.

It was situated in the heart of the city, close to bakeries, shops, and public transportation. the kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to easily prepare meals, and the balcony provided a delightful spot for breakfast with a lovely view of the city. the air conditioning provided relief from the hot days, and the fast internet and TV were enjoyable amenities.

It was a bit disappointing that there was only one key for the apartment and no doorphone.

Being on the fifth floor also offered great views. the property was beautifully furnished and had all the necessary amenities, including a functional air-conditioning system and a washing machine. the building itself was lovely and made me feel safe. the check-in and check-out process was seamless, and communication with the host was friendly and convenient. Homelivia provided a budget-friendly option in the center of the city, and I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay.

The apartment at Homelivia in Nice was amazing! It had everything we needed, like a tumble dryer and air conditioning. It felt so cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. Plus, having a tea/coffee maker was a nice touch. We couldn't ask for more!
